Constraint Weighting and Systemic Architecture in Muslim Systems

This paper introduces a structural framework for understanding how Muslim economic systems evolve under constraint. It argues that outcomes are not determined by prohibition alone, but by the degree of “gravity” applied to those constraints within an existing global system. Different levels of constraint weighting shape what is selected, excluded, or recombined from inherited financial architecture, producing materially different outcomes across finance and adjacent sectors.
